A very good place to stay. Breakfasts were pretty nice, overall a clean hotel, a very comfortable bathroom, room was nice. Very well-working AC with no bad smell, which can be sometimes a problem.

Modern and well-maintained facility, in a great location. Comfortable room, with nice beds. The staff were friendly and helpful -- quick check-in and out. We rented a car at the airport, taking advantage of the free parking. There are lots of options for restaurants for dinner and cafes for breakfast, and the area is very safe and pleasant for walking. A nearby park is great for children to play, for running, or just for taking in the local scene. A grocery store is literally next door, but check opening hours for weekends.

room was excellent and set up for 3 beds as requested. everything was spotless. staff was super friendly and helpful. breakfast was great: food was good, varied, and the room was pleasant. The shuttle service from the hotel to the airport was excellent. 9 euros for everyone. available on the 1/2 hour. service was excellent. an unexpected treat. Kudos to the reception people who helped me adjust my watch to the new time change. They accomplished this in 2 minutes and were so very polite.

This was a ‘practical’ choice for me as I was finishing up a 6 week trip and was flying home from Madrid. The value was excellent - location good being a short distance from the airport and they have a shuttle at nominal cost. Breakfast was just fine with enough options for most anyone. The surrounding area is easy to walk, safe And offers many food choices.

The room is very big and equipped with everything you need, very quiet The bed is spectacular - huge and very comfortable Modern TV, you can connect your device to watch what you want Very good breakfast and the restaurant was never crowded Helpfull staf Free gated parking Minibar and beverages and snacks always availiable in the hall

The breakfast was great with excellent variety and quality. Staff at reception and restaurant were efficient & friendly. The room was well appointed & spacious and included a king-size bed and a beaut bathroom.

It was modern and in an area of hotels around the airport catering mainly for transiting visitors. I would not recommend for longer stays in Madrid it is too far away from everything. It was large enough and furnished well. Towels and linen were clean and fresh and the bathroom sparkling. The breakfast included in the price was excellent. The shuttle was 9euros per room and well worth using. It was a very quiet good nights sleep Staff were welcoming at reception. Good value for money

Location 400 m away from the metro station. The parking access was perfect for our minivan - outside parking just in front of the hotel. The room was clean, cozy and quiet.

Beautiful! Nice and clean and so comfortable!! Cafeteria was cozy and the food delicious! Breakfast buffet was really the icing on a great cake! So much to choose from and so good!
